Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

UPDATE: Due to state mandates, we will be closed starting March 18, 2020 until the mandate has been lifted. If you have any questions please contact us. HRC cares deeply about the health and safety of our employees and clients. We are closely monitoring the current situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and are following the latest guidelines from the World Health Organization, the US CDC, and the local government. At this time, we will remain open our normal business hours.

Cleanliness and sanitization have always been a big part of HRC and we already follow strict guidelines from the board of Cosmetology, as well as local health departments. We are, however increasing and adding to our current supply of cleaning and sanitizing materials to ensure the cleanliness and disinfection of the salon even more thoroughly. This includes disinfecting all tools, stations, capes, and implements in between each client. We are also periodically throughout the day cleaning and sanitizing the restrooms, door handles, chairs and lobbies of the facility.

We kindly request that any clients who are not feeling well or are displaying symptoms to reschedule their appointment when they are feeling better.

We also received the following update regarding hair orders:

Although our factories in China are manufacturing, their current capacity has been restricted by the Chinese government. Several factions of the production pipeline are adversely affected by these restrictions. We are receiving stock and custom order deliveries but at a slower pace than normal. Our factories have assured us that their current reduced workforce is healthy and are following the strictest health precautions to ensure the safety of everyone in the delivery chain.

Please understand that custom orders already in production will be delayed by up to several weeks depending on the type of order. We regret that determining an estimated time of delivery is virtually impossible at this point. Please bear in mind, strict US inspections of imports from China could potentially cause further delays. We will continue to do everything we can to keep in close contact with the factories to minimize the delays.
